General Reservations

The following conditions are accepted when confirming a reservation:

Payment

All reservations must be paid for within seven days of the departure date. For trips that cover more than 100 kilometres overall, full payment is necessary before the booking date. At least 14 days prior to the booking date, full payment is necessary.

Cancellations

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, the full amount of your reservation may be charged. Within 7 days of the booking date, cancellations may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total ticket cost. With the exception of transfer fees, cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking date may be fully refunded. Booking cancellations are subject to Charter Care Transport’s right at any time, in which case a full refund might be provided. If a reservation is not canceled, the whole amount may be charged.

Changes

May be allowed because our agreements are flexible.

Website Material

Charter Care Transport retains ownership of all information, data, logos, marks, designs, images, photos, sound files, other files, and their arrangement (“user content”).

Disclaimer

The Charter Care Transport Website (“website”), all content on the website, and all software used to create and operate the website, other than user content, are the property of Charter Care Transport or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. All rights to the website, such content, and such software are expressly reserved.

Setting up a stable legal framework for the website benefits both you and Charter Care Transport. Therefore, you and Charter Care Transport expressly agree that the laws of the Province of Victoria and the federal laws of Australia that are applicable therein shall govern all disputes, claims, or other matters arising from or related to your use of the website. These Terms are not subject to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Any of the aforementioned terms and conditions, as well as any website policy or guiding principle, may be changed or modified by Charter Care Transport at any time and in its sole discretion.
